Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee will be charged. A fee will also be charged for missed appointments. Appointments for Mondays must be cancelled by noon on the previous Friday. Appointments for the day after a holiday must be cancelled by noon on the business day preceding the holiday.
